Join renowned Galloway-based forager and wild food chef Mark Williams for the launch of his new book, the beautifully illustrated The Coastal Forager. Mark will discuss how to safely identify, sustainably harvest and creatively cook and preseve coastal wildfoods. He will have tasters of recipes from his book, which has over 40 recipes to try and a section devoted to the art of pickling. A night not to miss as The Coastal Forager takes you on a gastronomic and ecological journey.
